At Hassas Plastik, the journey of a product begins with an order. The received order is analyzed by the production planning team and directed to the relevant departments. The project is prepared for production by procuring consumables and raw materials, followed by warehouse entry. The process continues with plastic sheet production, mold design and production, and CNC machining. The technological infrastructure and professional approach at these stages are crucial in ensuring a successful workflow. The finished product is approved after successfully passing quality control tests designed under international standards. Finally, the process is completed with packaging and shipment. All processes related to the order are meticulously monitored through the ERP - Smart Factory Management System, managed with a principle of maximum efficiency.
