This policy has been prepared to ensure that our corporate social responsibility principles are upheld, that the company acts by its values, responsibilities, and priorities, and that it complies fully with the ethical rules established. It emphasizes the importance and priority of this issue for management, employees, and all our stakeholders. The fundamental principles we adhere to in our social responsibility practices are as follows: 

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PRINCIPLES 

1. HUMAN RIGHTS
1.1 Prevention of Discrimination: We do not accept discrimination based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, social class, pregnancy, marital status, or similar reasons.

1.2 Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety: Our primary goal is to meet at least the legal requirements for the occupational health and safety of all our employees, take all necessary preventive measures to avoid accidents, provide a well-equipped working area, and continuously improve the work environment.

2. WORK CONDITIONS
2.1 Prevention of Child Labor: Child labor is prohibited at any stage of production. We comply with the age limits set by the ILO (International Labour Organization) regarding the employment of children.

2.2 Wages and Social Services: Wages and social services are determined following applicable fundamental principles, including minimum wage, overtime, and legally mandated social services.

2.3 Prevention of Forced and Compulsory Labor: Forced labor and compulsory labor are prohibited. No employee shall be subjected to pressure or debt-based labor. Employees have the right to terminate their employment contracts within a reasonable time frame.

3. BUSINESS ETHICS
3.1 Prohibition of Corruption and Conflicts of Interest: All forms of corruption, bribery, extortion, and abuse are strictly prohibited. "Benefit" is defined as gifts, tips, or any service with monetary value. No employee or their relatives should have a relationship that could provide indirect or direct benefits from competitors, suppliers, or other companies we do business with. Employees cannot request any unreciprocated work from a company we work with on behalf of themselves or acquaintances. Company information or products cannot be used for personal gain or shared with third parties. Employees cannot accept any benefits (money, gifts, etc.) from anyone or any organization that does business with or wishes to do business with Hassas Plastik.

3.2 Prohibition of Discrimination: Discrimination against employees of any kind is prohibited. This includes putting individuals at a disadvantage based on gender, race, social group, color, disability, political views, origin, religion, age, or pregnancy.

3.3 Prohibition of Illegal Conduct: Bringing weapons, explosives, or flammable materials to the company, taking or removing property not assigned to them from the work area without written permission from the department manager, intentionally damaging company or employee property, misleading, altering, destroying, or eliminating company reports or records, or assisting someone else in doing so, and being a member of illegal organizations are unacceptable.

3.4 Prohibition of Improper Use of Confidential Information: All employees must recognize that all financial and commercial information related to Hassas Plastik is proprietary and confidential. Such information must not be discussed outside the scope of the assignment. Any commercial, professional, or technical information learned by employees due to their work is considered "confidential." Employees are prohibited from sharing information regarding financial data, employee information, marketing strategies, technological knowledge (know-how), customer information, supplier information, or any other information that could be detrimental to the company's interests without authorization from top management.

4. ENVIRONMENT
4.1 Prevention of Environmental Pollution:  We set environmentally friendly standards to prevent pollution and protect nature, and we raise awareness among our employees on this matter.

5. RESPOSIBILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION

All our managers and employees are responsible for corporate social responsibility practices.

Hassas Plastik employees are required to report any known or suspected violations of this regulation to their supervisors, managers, or Human Resources. Management commits to promptly investigate any reported misconduct with the ethics committee. Hassas Plastik prohibits retaliation against anyone reporting a violation. Management is determined to foster a culture of openness, accountability, and integrity.
